Hi girls,
in line with the previous posts, here are some shots in sportswear. This time I chose a corner of my home as location, since a part of my training takes place at home, with exercises targeted at tone legs, arms and glutes. This time, considering it's already autumn, I chose a tank top with crossed back as outfit, signed Yvettesport. I opted for a classic model, since I have many leggings with different prints and color so not as easy to combine. If you're very busy or you don't like the gym I suggest you to dedicate 10-15 minutes per day to your training (3 sets of 10-15 reps for each exercise), together with small weights, anklets, elastics, jump-ropes and a pilates ball. My favorite workout for legs and glutes consists of  squats, side, frontal and crossed lunges, the bridge and donkey's kicks. Youtube as well as many apps can give you ideas and advices even if the best is always a personalized program made by a personal trainer.

Ciao ragazze,
in linea con i post precedenti eccovi alcuni scatti in abbigliamento sportivo. Questa volta ho scelto come location un angolo di casa mia, dato che una parte del mio allenamento si svolge in casa, con piccoli esercizi mirati a tonificare gambe, braccia e glutei. Questa volta, visto ormai il cambio di stagione, ho scelto come outfit un top con il dorso incrociato, firmato Yvettesport. Ho optato per un modello classico, dal momento che ho molti leggings con stampe e colori diversi e quindi di non facile combinazione. Se siete molto impegnate e non amate la palestra vi consiglio di dedicare una decina di minuti al giorno ad esercizi di tonificazione o potenziamento (3 serie da 10-15 ripetizioni ciascuno), con l'ausilio di piccoli pesi, cavigliere, elastici, corde e una palla da pilates. I miei esercizi preferiti per gambe e glutei sono gli squats, gli affondi laterali, frontali ed incrociati, il ponte e i calci dell'asino. Youtube e app varie possono darvi spunti e consigli anche se l'ideale resta sempre un programma personalizzato fatto da un personal trainer.
