Hi girls,
today it's fitness time, so I'll share with you some tips I follow every day or almost. First of all I'd like to stress that the most important thing for feeling good yourself is to love and accept your body, than with a focused workout you can improve or tone your physical appearance. 
Well, take note:

* MOTIVATION IS THE KEY!
 If you really want something you'll reach it!

* EAT WELL & DRINK A LOT OF WATER! 
Food is really important for an healthy life, has to  be varied, high in protein and carbs, with the right amount of sugar and salt (I suggest you salt without sodium, an ally against cellulitis)

* BE CONSTANT WITHOUT BECOMING EXCESSIVE! 
All kinds of sports or training requires discipline and constancy, so 10 minutes per week is worthless, 10 minutes per day will bear fruit.....just find the right balance. 
                                                                                                     
* LOVE WHAT YOU DO! 
Playing a sport as well as going to the gym or doing home workout should not be an obligation, but rather a pleasure or at least something that makes you feeling good

Ciao ragazze,
oggi vi parlerò di fitness, quindi condividerò con voi alcuni consigli che seguo quotidianamente o quasi. Prima di tutto vorrei sottolineare che la cosa più importante per sentirsi bene con se stessi è amare e accettare il proprio corpo, che con un allenamento mirato si può migliorare o tonificare.
Dunque, prendete nota:

* LA MOTIVAZIONE È LA CHIAVE
Se volete davvero qualcosa, la otterrete!

* MANGIATE BENE E BEVETE MOLTA ACQUA! 
Una corretta alimentazione è essenziale per avere una vita sana; deve essere variegata, ricca di proteine ​​e carboidrati, con la giusta quantità di zucchero e sale (vi consiglio il  sale senza sodio, un alleato contro la cellulite)                                                                                                                                                     
* SIATE COSTANTI SENZA DIVENTARE ECCESSIVE
Ogni tipo di sport o allenamento richiede disciplina e costanza, quindi 10 minuti a settimana non  servono a nulla, 10 minuti al giorno invece vi daranno dei risultati. Trovate il giusto equilibrio                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
* AMATE CIÒ CHE FATE!
 Praticare uno sport così come andare in palestra o fare esercizi a casa non dev'essere un obbligo, ma piuttosto un piacere o almeno qualcosa che vi faccia stare bene
