Permite que la naturaleza te enseñe la quietud

Hi girls,

today I want to share with you another of my Sunday trips. This time the mountain was on the plan, an amazing location between impressive waterfalls and lush vegetation, in the Catalan hinterland. A dozen miles of small paths, some climbing, suspended bridges, an unexpected meeting with a colubro (a small harmless snake) and a pleasant final bath (the water was very cold, but, as they say, regenerates and it's good for the body ^^).

In addition to spending a nice day with interesting people, I assure you that walking in the countryside is the best medicine against stress and worries .... I don't know if it's the green that surrounds you, the air, the absence of noise or the simple contact with nature, but no negative thought or worry has passed through my mind, the majesty and beauty of those landscapes totally caught my attention.

oggi voglio condividere con voi un'altra delle mie escursioni domenicali. Questa volta è toccata la montagna, uno scenario mozzafiato tra cascate imponenti e vegetazione rigogliosa, nell'entroterra catalano. Una decina di km tra piccoli sentieri, qualche tratto di scalata, ponticelli sospesi, un inaspettato incontro con un colubro (un piccolo serpente innocuo) e un piacevole bagno finale (l'acqua era molto fredda, ma, come si suol dire, rigenera e fa bene alla circolazione^^).

Oltre a passare una piacevole giornata in compagnia vi assicuro che camminare in mezzo alla natura è la miglior medicina contro lo stress e le preoccupazioni....non so se sia il verde che ti circonda, l'aria pura, l'assenza di rumori o il semplice contatto con la natura, ma vi assicuro che nessun pensiero negativo o preoccupazione mi è passato per la mente, la maestosità e belleza di quei paesaggi hanno catturato la mia attenzione.
